help :) impossible to add new sim number on my account

hello i've just received my new EE sim, but from website and app it is impossible to add my number in my account. App don't recognize the number, how can i resolve it?

Is the new SIM on PAYG & the existing MyEE a/c for a contract or v.v.? You can't mix them.
