haven't been able to log into My EE all this year Feb 2019

I haven't been able to log into My EE all year to pay my bill and have used different internet explorers including chrome.

I see this has been a problem for lots of people over the years and usually solved. Can you solve it this time?

Phone CS to delete your current MyEE & then you can recreate it afresh.
