ee app has not worked for over . Would like it fixed. Still the same when re-install

Welcome to the community.
I've seen this type of error message before. It suggests that your account is not fully set up.
I'd reccomend trying to set up the account again as a new user and use the same email address.
If you continue to get the same error message, I'd recommend speaking with our customer services team who will be able to access your account and get this sorted for you.

I get the same constantly from the app unless I am in a 4g area.
The local mast has problems so no 4g and myee doing same as yours.

If no 4g neither it nor any of my secure banking apps work.
I solved this on one phone by moving to giffgaff ....... So far have yet to have same problems in my area.
For me This is / was an ee coverage problem.
