I am trying to register so I can access my bill but when I go through registration I wont accept my phone number

Hello @stevie-999 if it is a new line or account it may take up to 24hrs for the number to fully activate and some services may not work or be available during this time.
If it is still not working after 24hrs please contact customer service who can assist further:

Have you recently moved to EE from either Orange or T-M & have an a/c for the old 1? If so, get CS to delete the old a/c & then register the new 1 afresh.
