cant access my bills or anything......

As per title, cant access anything whats going on, I need to view bills for a mortage application. also the app is down.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I tried on mozilla and chrome and still not working. I dont have an other phone to try. The error message is:

 

LOGIN ERROR

I try to check my account and bills. I tried in the last 2 weeks and still not working.

I called EE and I am back to normal now even though the customer support said everything was ok. Need to download bills.
