Getting totally ridiculous now not being able to log on either via website or app. Just keep getting (many more than 9 times out of 10; more like 999 in 1000) 'oh theres a problem sign out and try later.
Can anyone offer any advice? The staff on Twitter were less help than anything also

I have not been able to log in for months...............maybe get in once every two months and just keep getting 'sorry there is a problem close the app and come back later' Cant log onto webste either, even through the link in e mails when I try to check my bill.
Frustrating me awfully
