can anyone advise how to manage a phone where a colleague has left the company? Can I transfer it to to another member of staff?

Yes, you will have a couple of options available.
We could do an account transfer. This entails changing the ownership of the phone/contract into another person/business' name.
Alternatively, you could keep it on the same account, but, give the phone to another person. You can request a replacement SIM or number if needed too.
Either way, give our customer service team a call and they can help you with this.
