Resolved! Permissions

Hi When I try to change my settings in the app it tells me I need the bill payers permission. I am the bill payer and can't see a way of altering the settings. Can anyone advise please.

Tring to join ee airtime rewards but keeps saying unauthorised 

App failing again can't see data or bills

I feel the app has been useless for last 4 MTHS. Husband has left for O2 and he has cheaper bills, roaming for free. Surely EE can sort their app out by now? Customer Service is good yet App is appalling

Changing plan

I’ve tried to change my plan online to reduce my monthly cost by £9. An EE member of staff told me this could only be done online. When I press confirm plan it doesn’t work. Has anyone else had this or know how to resolve this issue?
