I need help linking

I’ve been given a SIM card and trying to link it so I can see how much data I have and so on but having trouble with linking it it comes up with the persons email and says it’s been linked but the SIM card has only just come out the packet

Manage not working on app

Whenever I go to manage on my app it shows up with broadband mobile accessories and gaming rather than what it usually would show. This is very annoying because I want to set up direct debit and I can’t
