Is that number on pay as you go or pay monthly?
You need to get in touch with CS to reset your number association.
Then you can add number to your current my EE account.

Have you had an old a/c on this no? If so, you will need to call EE to delete it for you. Then you can create your new a/c afresh. This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account to do it for you, so I don't know why it is telling you to come here..
