Won't let me register for my EE

When I type in my number after entering my details it cokes up with an option for yes or no to a question along the lines of "are you the bill payer" or something like that and after selecting my answer it comes up with like an error page or something saying "Sorry, we were unable to proceed with this request for security reasons." someone help please?

Hello @ejoshuat sorry to hear you are having problems with registering for MYEE online. Try another device or browser if you can, or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying again. 

 

If the above do not work please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can access the account and check/register the number for you. 🙂
