Hello. I recently purchase the new Samsung s10+ and the app used to work fine on my old s8 but now it wont work on my new s10+. I even tried uninstalling it completely and installing it from scratch and it just wont work at all. As soon as it opens,you put your login details and then it generates a error code. And it reloads again. Everytime.

Which app are you having problems with?
Try going into settings - apps - find the app and clear the cache and data.

I had issues on my Huawei and pc browser for the last two days. Today it seems to be working fine.

@Hluscuandrei just a thought, but go your MyEE account by some other means, and check to see if the S10 is noted there as the phone you are now using. If it isn't then make it so. Then give it all a bit of time and then retry using the MyEE app again on your phone.
