Why is my account showing as closed?

Why does my account show as locked when actually I have over a year to run on my contract. The My EE app also shows that my phone on the account is an IPhone 6s Plus but I actually have an IPhone 7. I’ve attempted to logon online but I keep getting a message showing that my account is locked.

@Connor1199  You will have to speak with customer services about this.  To get the correct device shown on your My EE app you just need to open the app when connected to a cellular data connection.
