Why has my account been closed

When trying to log in to ‘my ee’ I’m getting a ACCOUNT CLOSED message. Why? Also, how to I create a new account?

If you have service on your phone I would recommend contacting technical support on freephone  0800 956 3146 from a landline so they can look at the issues around your MyEE problems.
