Why am I no longer able to gift data to my sons phone? I have plenty of data , it has worked with no problems since May (. I am the account holder.) Then all of a sudden it’s stopped working , it lists the transfer of data in the data gifting history but no data is actually being transferred ?

Do you have at least 500 MB of data to gift?

Im fully aware of the 500mb rule and yes have plenty of data , as I said above. The data gift is actually showing up in the history but is not actually transferring and the a ‘text’ is not being sent to confirm the transfer either ....
