I have had my account for years with no problems and now I don’t have permission for the upgrade it keeps telling me can be done.
In the settings the content lock option says I am not set correctly ??

Welcome to the community
If you head over to your My EE account (on the desktop website, not the app).
Log in and go to the Menu (top left) then Account Settings.
You will see an option to change from user.
