Why can't I login to my account. This has been going on for 4 months.

For the last 4 months I have been unable to log in to my EE account as it just comes up with "We are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later" or some such tosh. How much longer am I expected to wait- 6 months, a year, until the end of eternity? I've been into my local shop and they just shrugged their shoulders. Please tell me that I'm not the only one having this problem.

Welcome to the community. 

 

Because the problem has been going on for such a long period, it could be a problem with your online account.


I recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus who should be able to reset it for you.
