@Cleverjan41 You've posted this in the my EE app section if your trying to access itemisation via the app you can't for some reason EE saw fit to remove this feature in the new app.

 

Now if your trying to access it online via my EE this is down at the moment so no use there either we can only hope it starts working again soon
