Why can’t I add device to my account it just keeps loading back to the same page

I’m new to EE so I am trying to set my EE account up and when I am trying to add device it’s just loading back to the same age and not going any further

Why can’t I add my device to my EE account

I can’t add my device on my EE account when I do try to do it it just keeps resetting to the same page how else can I do it

What device is it? Is it an MBB router?

Yes I’m trying to use the app it keeps diverting me to the safari page then
when I try to follow the steps of add device it says enter the number of
the device you want to add I enter it and it just keeps reloading to the
same page and I am a pay as you go customer thanks

No this is still the same this is the page I was on yesterday I have
already registered it’s just not letting me add my device

No I can’t see anything I won’t let me past this page and when I try to
click on something ealse it just directs me to add a device then the same
again
