I have been attempting to Log In to My EE since Wednesday 1st March. Everytime I log in i get, "unable to complete your request at this time, try again later". I am still trying.

I am having the same trouble. In the end I had to call 150. i was on the phone for 48 mins.

@2jolilo2 Give customer services a call and ask them to reset your account.
