Why am I only shown as the user and not the account holder.

Why am I only shown as the user and not the account holder...I am both the bill payer and the account holder.... I have attempted to tick the box that says account holder, alas the system will not allow me to do so...so i am unable to view my bill or upgrade information...

You will need to contact the services team on 150 to get it changed.
