@Shanazb   EE are working on it. Nothing work perfectly all the time it’s a fact of life. “Unacceptable” it’s not like it was planned was it.

Ee must be about to go down hill now because they scam customers and the reception has never been worst. Most times I get 2or3 bars at the most and drop calls are so much that I'm making most calls over wifi now. 

On top of that I don't get any connectivity bars on my phone from inside the house anymore. Apparently they're working on the tower

@Shanazb   I’m perfectly calm as I understand that technical issues can and do happen from time to time and I don’t expect a 100% service all the time.

@Badger18   Are EE not allowed to to maintenance on a mast?  this maintenance will probably be upgrading that mast give you a better signal.

Clearly nobody read the message when the app was started.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@Badger18   as soon as I can check the EE network status which goes via the My EE account I will be able to check your postcode.  EE are doing account maintenance so until that’s done I can not check the post code.

@Northerner   I just get this,  no message like your seeing but on checking the network status I do see its maintenance.

I never got a message to say the app was going down. But now I've seen it I know when I get up I can pay for the phone bill and broad bill.
