When trying to set me online account up, it's saying my payment is annonomous

I'm trying to set up my online EE account but when it asks for me to enter my mobile number it comes up with the question 'are you the person who pays the bill' with that I answer yes because I am however as soon as I press this it says 'annonomous payment' and it won't let me continue. This has happened a lot recently and i'm starting to struggle with it 

would appreciate your help

Hello @Georgiasmith1 sorry to hear you are having problems registering for MYEE online. Try another device or browser if you can, or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying again. 

 

If the above do not work please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can check/register the account for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also browse the pages on http://ee.co.uk and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂
