When I go to search for upgrades, it says my account has been closed.

When I go to search for deals on upgrades,  I am taken to another page and told to login, and then it tells me my account has been closed. I have been with EE for 2 years, I can still access my account on phone and computer and recently payed a bill so why is this?

Welcome to the EE Community.

 

We're aware of an issue stopping some customers logging in when trying to upgrade online.

 

We hope to have it fixed very soon.
