Website issue

For the last few days, when logged in to the ee website on any device I get an error saying "Your account's closed" when moving from one page to another. I'm trying to preorder the Apple Watch but can't because of this issue.

can anyone help please?

Hi

It's not the app it's the website. I've not changed my number or anything.

I can login first time and access my account details like billing etc but when I try to access any other pages it throws up that error and logs me out.

For example if I log in and go to the shop page it returns that error. I also tried to preorder the Apple Watch after logging in and got the same error message.

I've tried to access the website via my iPhone, laptop and work laptop and the same thing happens.
