Website and my EE problems

For the past couple of days I have logged onto the website, I get to my EE and your products but when I click on manage I get Login error ( !What happened ? Sorry we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later). Well I am fed up with trying again later, any ideas ??

Also attempting to buy a new phone (not upgrade) and the site just keeps going round in circles, I get Hey we can't work out what you want, upgrade or new phone. Click on new phone, new tab opens and we start all over again, having to log in and go through the same cycle again. What is going on ? Do they want my money or do I just give up and go elsewhere ? And no the app doesn't work either and I've tried all the browsers, changing passwords etc etc. Thank you.
