the website has allowed me to upgrade my phone. Went through the process and got my order number (took a while). Short while later I get another email,telling me I am unable to upgrade. Bit frustrating as I spent time sorting the process and reviewing phones etc. Decide I may make a complaint to get my frustration across. Website suggests a web form etc. Link doesn’t work! I don’t want to waste time calling customer services. Anyone else having similar?

Before you register a complaint please do give customer services a quick call to have this looked into.
There could be a number of reasons why the upgrade has not been processed correctly, some of these are easy fixes.
Please do let us know how you get on.
