Hi there. I got a message today saying I am due to upgrade - clicked on the link in the message and it sends me to an error message. Same if I try to do it manually through my account page on MyEE. Any ideas?
Something’s gone wrong. It’s our fault. We’re trying to fix it."

The message is self explanatory. I have just tried myself and have received the same error.
Try later or maybe tomorrow.
