The website and app won’t allow me to order an Apple Watch.
If I am logged in, the link redirects to My EE Shop, which tells me I can upgrade my phone, but nothing else.
If I search Apple Watch, add to basket and then try to proceed, it logs me out then assumes I am a new customer (DD info, address, employment etc.)
I just seem to be caught in an endless loop.

As per the sales page do you meet the criteria needed to purchase the watch on your EE account?
If so then its maybe worth calling CS tomorrow.
