Unable to login to EE website for the last 2 days?

Hi.

 

Are you still doing scheduled maintinance? I am unable to login to my EE website and the App since the E-SIMS launched?

 

Anyone else getting this?

We aren't aware of any maintenance works on My EE. 

 

Do you get an error message when trying to log in?

Hi there.

 

I simply get "Login Error" nothing else on the website

 

The app says "somethings gone wrong, we're trying to fix it - error code: 1E3E8"

 

different error number everytime i load the app.

I just changed my physical SIM to an eSIM yesterday and I can’t login to the EE website (or myEE) either .

Are you getting the same error messages?

 

I would recommend speaking with our technical support team who can look at this further.

Hi there, I am getting error message E6A9B. I had been getting a different one earlier. I’ll speak to technical support. Thanks!

I was able to partially login yesterday. Interestingly, something was wrong, as it said I had a full 30Gb of data left (I know that I had much less, possibly about 6 Gb) with a few days left to go for a new bill.

Still no access to bills, usage, data top up or account in general.

Still no access to bills or account. I need to gift data to my wife today and I can’t. No word back from EE yet.
