I can log on to my account through 'My EE' app and when I click on to upgrade my phone it takes me to the shop but I'm getting an error saying my account has been cancelled. I'm guessing this is because I had a contract phone which I cancelled 2yrs ago and I took out a new contract. Have can I clear this to get on to website to try and sort a new upgrade.

Give CS a call on 150, they can also process any upgrade.

Call EE to delete your old MyEE a/c & then you create the new 1 afresh.
