Unable to log in to upgrade, account cancelled error?

Keep getting this error every time I try to log in to look at my upgrade options. Email is correct and have reset my password but still no joy. Any ideas anyone?

You need to query this with CS.

Phone is working fine. Was a problem with multiple accounts being linked to my email address, customer service removed the inactive accounts, all sorted now.
