Unable to log in to account

I have been unable to log in to my account for some time now and it is starting to get very frustrating. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

the screen says “Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.“

 

 

It does this every time I try to log in on the app and website.
