Unable to access My EE app [PC] & IOS

For the past year I have been unable to access my ee account through browser or app on my phone, When attempting access from my phone after login I get error code 14.36.0-f7257. And when I attempt on browser I get

 

What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later.

 

The dumb thing is I am on the account right now it just wont let me into the MY EE page or addons page and just keeps giving me the "What happend?" error.

It is currently 4:43 AM GMT so I'm going to get some sleep before I pull out my hear 🙂 could someone give me some advice on what I should do next.

If you give our Tech Gurus a call on 150, they can reset your My EE account for you.

If you give our Tech Gurus a call on 150, they can reset your My EE account for you.

I would have rung 150 unfortunately when i am at home everywere is kind of a dead spot but i was able to figure out why I was unable to get incontact with the live chat team, It seems that my add blocker was blocking the buttons from appearing.

 

But everything is Resolved nwo Leane_T thank you for your advice.
