Hi, the App will not let me gift data just keep getting an error message saying,
"Sorry we're unable to show all the information you want right now. Try closing the app and come back a bit later."
Been saying this since before lunch, when I check the network it says there are no problems in my area. I have turned my phone completely off but still getting the same message

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that hasn’t worked either. Im guessing it’s an issue with EE and the app itself as every other app on my phone is working perfectly.

Lots of issues with this today. I've used the app and the website. The tech support site don't know how to fix either. They just ignore my questions but will gift manually. Otherwise, I'd wait another 24 hours. Very frustrating.
