I haven't been able to access My EE app or login via the website for a few months now. Whenever I try it says 'Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back a bit later.' There's a code too: 14.28.0-28907
It's quite frustrating as I have been with EE for years and never had problems before. Any suggestions? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn't help.

@MrsSatch Call customer services and request that they reset your online account for you.
