Un-communicated 'planned' account unavailability

Can't login to account via web or app due to 'planned' maintenance.

 

Why weren't customers advised in advance?

Hi,

 

It not uncommon that they close MyEE on off peak time, such as 1AM in the morning for general maintenance. At least they have a maintenance page. 

 

You should expect this in weekly basis..
