Trying to view upgrades but website says my accounts cancelled

I'm trying to view my upgrades on my contract, the app and website give me live feedback buy when I click upgrades it tells me my account has been cancelled? I'm still paying my monthly bill and the app and website are correctly displaying remaining data etc but I can't access my upgrades. Any help?
