Trying to upgrade my phone, but the website won't let me.

I texted "UP" to 150, and got a message back saying that I'm eligible for an upgrade.

 

I go to "My Shop" (link on the EE website), and I see the message: "We’re not able to let you upgrade or add another pay monthly plan to your account right now."

 

Is this a temporary thing, or is there something about my account that prevents me from upgrading my phone?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

Have you been able to try this again this morning?

 

If you have text UP to 150 and received confirmation you are able to upgrade, you can complete this by also giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store.
