hi I’m wondering if someone can help I’m trying to set up the EE APP on my phone but it’s not recognising my card account number can someone advise why this could be or how I can get it to work many thanks

Have you registered online first? It's easier to register online before the app.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
