Am I alone in finding that accessing the EE website to look at my bill rarely works, today on 4 occasions over 4 hours it is because "We're doing a quick update, so your account can't be accessed right now. Please come back in a little while"
I have experienced such problems for quite a while now (several years) using Chrome and EE, any ideas or is this just EE?

Are you with EE, Orange or T-Mobile?

Thanks for your reply, I have sorted it, I wondered if I had registered under a different email when I moved from Orange to EE this year. This I had, but the EE website's 'password reset' page rather than saying 'We do not recognise this email' gave me a sense I had entered it correctly by saying "We're doing a quick update, so your account can't be accessed right now. Please come back in a little while"
In fact, whatever email one puts in results in this message??

I had this problem, i used the online chat and they told me i had more than one email registered. They have removed one and now it's working (although the EE MYSHOP) section isn't currently working.
