Can't get through step 2 - keeps bouncing back to re-enter my number no matter if I choose "yes" or "no". Please help

Hello @Emcia sorry to hear you are having problems registering for MYEE online. Try another device or browser if you can (Firefox seems to be most compatible currently) or clearing the cookies/history of your current browser then trying again. Let me know how you get on.
