Since I’ve added home broadband I can’t get into my mobile accounts.

Click on the topmost white on green "MyEE" & select "My Products". You can then Manage your EE Mobile (on L).

i tried that, in the end I had to go to the help page and it turned out there was an error

in the email address they had entered. All sorted now.
