Saying my accounts cancelled??

When I try and sign in it says my account is cancelled??

Thanks for coming to the community 🙂

 

I would suggest, getting in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150, they will be able to get this looked into why your My EE is showing as closed and help you get this sorted.
