SIM already associated error message when trying to Log in. stuck in loop

Cant use the App on iphone as it requests registering online first. Cant register online because it loops when I try confirming my mobile number.

"SIM already associated" error message is as far as I can proceed

 

It has worked seamlessly in the past, no changes have been made.
