Yo, so when is this gonna be back up? 

We're on the 27th November now and there's no notification on the website to say there are login issues... Bit of a poor show considering in the I.T. industry this would be classed as a P1 service outage.

Any update? Or are we just left to guess?

My EE maintenance was complete by 09:15 Monday 25th November 2019.

 

What happens when you log into your My EE account, do you get an error message?

 

Can you log into the My EE app and see your usage, bills and other information?

It is now 28th November - the error I am getting which may be the same as others is: 

 

"What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

 

Any updates please? Cannot get into my account via the website or via the app.

@plimelyn   Sometimes after maintenance your account has issues with you logging in and its best to call customer services and request that they reset your online account.
