You can do this by logging into your account via the web, and then click on menu and manage device, you will see usage control, you can then change content to full access.
It's not unlocked yet
@Kazi1991 , if you cannot do this yourself, then you will have to ring customer service in the morning. You can only unlock content lock if you are the account holder, otherwise you will have to get the account holder to do this.
