Re: EE website will not let me upgrade from payg to contract

Trying to 'start a new topic' on this issue. 

 

The EE website is the most counter-intuitive user-hostile platform I have ever used. 

 

Not being allowed to upgrade online. 

 

Constantly being redirected and logged out. 

 

Baffled by navigation design. 

 

It's like trying to knit with wet spagetti.

 

Leaving EE as a result.
