How is this meant to help, when it wont let you change anything, this is my own account only 1 phone i am the bill payer who cant even view their own bill

Are you able to log into your My EE account?
If so, what happens when you try and view your bill?

I’m having the same issue. It’s my account, my phone, I’m the bill payer yet it won’t allow me to view my bills.
When I log in and go to view my bill it says I’m not the account holder.

When you sign into your account, if you go to your account settings are you able to change the 'I'm the a/c holder' setting to say you are?

Hi, no it asks me to add a number, then asks bank account details of the account it comes out of, when I put these in it says it’s incorrect.. but it’s right🤷♀️

Are you entering the account details are card details?
I only ask because a lot of people mix them up when doing this kind of security check.

Go to view bill, try and view and nothing happens?
