looking at the black Friday SIM only deals now they are saying they end in 8 days.
I cannot connect using either Chrome or IE11. "Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later" message appears in both browsers.
The app is also not connecting. I can't confirm how long I've had this problem as I haven't needed to access either the app or website for some time.
I don't want to muddy the waters on this issue, but I am currently in Switzerland trying to access my account using both of these methods. But being out of the UK shouldn't be a factor should it?
Is it also possible that my web account was somehow de-activated?
Just looking at other possibilities that may be causing my issue.
Yes, I can call and text (even abroad here in Switzerland) and I was able to change my web account password; but I can't do anything else!
I am PAYG and I discovered this issue a couple of days ago because I like to purchase packs via the app or website rather than by SMS. Also, I wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday deal.
